November 24 – The hit game Pelé: Soccer Legend, available via an app, an now be played on the web following a deal between cross-platform game publisher Poki and game maker Cosi Games.
Pelé: Soccer Legend game features the Brazilian legend with players following a career pathway that works up from the backstreets of Brazil to becoming world champion.
New York-based Cosi Games develops games with a focus on mobile. The games are IP-based and feature hig quality 3D graphics. Cosi and Poki combined earlier this year to bring the boxing icon Muhammad Ali: Puzzle King game to the web.
Poki is an online platform (‘playground’ is their term) with more than 30 monthly million users worldwide. Poki say their objective is to help “their partners improve, market and monetize their content.
