Gapanovich, who will be discussing the key role railways will have to play in the transport of supporters and teams during the World Cup, will conduct his presentation after insideworldfootball editor Duncan Mackay completes an on stage interview with Russia 2018 Organising Committee chief executive Alexey Sorokin.
Alexander Djordjadze, the deputy chief executive and international relations director of the Russia 2018 Organising Committee, will be speaking on the discussion panel looking at stadiums.
Djordjadze’s role on the organising committee is to oversee the construction of stadiums and infrastructure around the new venues for the competition.
Dr. Lorenz Schneider is also a new addition to the forum, replacing Hermann Tilke from Tilke & Partners W.L.L on the discussion panel looking at the building of facilities and infrastructure.
He will be joined by Karina Chichkanova, the partner and head of Russian infrastructure and PPP practice at Salans, an international law firm.
Chichkanova is an expert in real estate and foreign investment, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects in Russia.

A keen football fan, he is working with the Russian Football Union on projects to encourage more grass roots football in the country, the success of which will be a key part of the Russian legacy from the 2018 tournament.
Another new speaker for the forum will be Alexander Zorkov, the deputy general secretary of the Russian Football Union, who will be on the discussion panel looking at the social impact of the World Cup.
