Lokomotiv Plovdiv has started preparations for the new season without a single new player but at the same time four players left the club.
“We are currently in talks to transfer the ownership. I cannot say exact names because it is not yet official. Negotiations are in a very advanced stage and will be implemented soon. We are doing everything in our power. We want to pass the baton to someone who can manage the club in the right way”, said Kolev.
