Baskin-Robbins activate Liverpool deal with Indonesia promo

June 12 – The largest chain of ice-cream specialty shops, Baskin-Robbins, are giving Liverpool fans in Indonesia the chance of a lifetime this summer to celebrate the Merseyside club visiting Southeast Asia on their pre-season tour.

Three lucky Baskin-Robbins consumers will get the opportunity to travel to Kuala Lumpur and receive the ultimate Liverpool football club fan experience. This experience includes flights, accommodation and two tickets to the LFC match against Malaysia XI on July 24 in KL. The winners will also receive two tickets to an LFC training session along with two tickets to an exclusive meet and greet with Liverpool’s star players.

For the month of June, Baskin-Robbins customers in Indonesia can earn an entry into a sweepstake for the prize when they purchase a fresh-packed half-gallon of ice cream.

Speaking about the collaboration Celia Ho, Field Marketing Manager for Baskin-Robbins Southeast Asia stated: “As the official ice cream partner for LFC, we’re excited to offer our fans in Indonesia the chance to win this ultimate LFC fan experience. We’re looking forward to giving three lucky Baskin-Robbins and LFC fans in Indonesia a once-in-a-lifetime football experience when the team visits Kuala Lumpur this July.”

Liverpool and Baskin-Robbins’ parent company Dunkin’ Brands Group entered in a long-term partnership in 2013 where Dunkin’ Donuts became official coffee, tea and bakery partner for the red side of Merseyside, and Baskin-Robbins became the official ice cream partner for the Premiership club.

The aim of the collaboration is to further engage with their fans around the globe through joint promotions, digital and print advertising, and appearances during pre-season tours.
