November 6 – Tottenham Hotspur had their second win in a week at their temporary Wembley home, but in contrast to the mid-week Champions League victory which saw 86,000 fans pack the national stadium, 65, 270 turned up to watch the London rivals Crystal Palace.
Even so, that is still more than the 61,000 capacity of the new Spurs stadium when it is completed in 2018 (or 2019 depending on construction schedules being met).
Eight clubs in the Premier League reported attendances of over 96% of their capacity. Of the 30,712 unfilled seats, 24,730 of them were at Wembley, though Spurs do have capacity restrictions for their matches there.
West Ham, Chelsea and Newcastle United topped the table with less than 500 seats unfilled across the three home grounds
Premier League clubs have now sold more than 4 million tickets across the first 11 rounds of the season. Out of 4.39 million seats available, 213,595 have been unfilled.
The Insideworldfootball capacity figures are taken from the official stadium capacity and the official reported match day attendance. No allowance is taken for seat kills die to safety or media requirements.
