January 17 – Barcelona have signed a four year global partnership with online trading platform FBS that will run through to end June 2024.
FBS will be the club’s Official Trading Partner and will have rights to a package of online and offline experiences including the creation of branded content. The FBS logo will be on the LED boards at the Camp Nou stadium on game days, as well as across a number of other Barca digital assets.
FBS has a 14-million strong client base throughout Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA. It offers a range of investments with a strong business in FOREX, as well as offering CFDs, stocks, metals, and social trading.
Josep Pont, Board of Directors member responsible for the Commercial Area of FC Barcelona, said: “It is an agreement that will help us to continue growing and advancing with such a unique project as FC Barcelona and to consolidate our expansion strategy on a global level, to continue setting standards not only for our style of play, which is so recognised around the world, but also in the fields of partnerships and sports marketing.”
No value was given for the deal.
