February 24 – Mastercard has sent a clear integrity message to the sports industry that it expects its sponsor partners to meet the highest standards of governance.
The payments provider has taken the Presenting Partner sponsorship of the SIGA Sport Integrity Forum will take place on March 24 at the New York Athletic Club in New York.
Mastercard Senior Vice President in charge of Global Sponsorships Michael Robichaud (pictured) said: “Integrity is at the heart of Mastercard’s business values and global sport sponsorship strategy. However, this only makes commercial sense if the industry is well governed, transparent, and retains its integrity.

The Sport Integrity Forum, currently in its 6th edition, is SIGA’s flagship thought leadership event and will this year feature UEFA and Concacaf presidents Aleksander Ceferin and Victor Montagliani, as well as coinciding with the launch of SIGA America.
