June 24 – The AFC Asian Cup China 2023 Qualifiers Final Round play-offdraw has pitched Guam against Cambodia in the first playoff, while Indonesia were drawn against Chinese Taipei.
The play-offs will decide the final two nations who will join 22 other teams in the second round of the Asian Qualifiers for China 2023.
With 13 places for the AFC Asian Cup China 2023 Finals already taken, 11 spots are still to filled via the final round of the Qualifiers.
The 13 qualified teams are Japan, Australia, South Korea, Qatar, Syria, Iran, Iraq, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Oman, Lebanon and China.
The two-leg playoffs for the final grouped qualifiers will be played on September 7 and October 12 with the winners to advance to the AFC Asian Cup China 2023 Qualifiers Final Round.
