July 10 – Nike has extended its 25-year deal with Serie A’s Inter Milan.
First providing the club’s kit in 1998, the Nike brand has outfitted the club through 20 trophies.
The new deal see Nike continue to design match and training kits for the men’s, women’s and youth teams as well as a number of lifestyle appareil collections which the club said will “grow and increasingly establish as expressions of Milanese culture on the global stage.”
“The new agreement will remain consistent with the core values, highlighting the mutual spirit of innovation as well as placing focus on equity and support for the women’s game,” said Inter.
The new kits will feature the latest innovations in materials prioritising mobility, breathability and sustainability.
No value or exact term was given for the deal extension.
“It gives us great pleasure to announce the extension of this historic partnership between Nike and Inter,” explained Alessandro Antonello, FC Internazionale Milano CEO Corporate.
