October 12 – The AFC has launched another fan engagement initiative with the Asian Cup Qatar 2023 now less than three months away.
Searching for the region’s ‘Superfan’, contestants load up a one-minute video explaining why they are the ultimate AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 Superfan. Videos are loaded up either on to the AFC website or the AFC LIVE app.
The Superfan submissions will be shortlisted and entered into a contest where fans will cast their votes for their favourite Superfan.
The winner will win a trip to Qatar to watch their favourite team plus access to exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences.
Fans who don’t submit a video can still win a trip to the final on February 10 by voting for their favourite entry and answering the tournament-related quiz questions correctly in the fastest time.
Prizes include tournament merchandise from the Asian Cup’s Official Global Supporter, Kelme, including the official competition match ball, VORTEXAC23.
