Chelsea Women dial in Three, Crystal Palace women deliver TEN

July 4 – Chelsea Women have signed their first training kit sponsorship deal with Three, marking the inaugural women-specific deal as part of a repositioning of the club’s commercial strategy.

The mobile network’s branding will be front and centre on the reigning Women’s Super League champions’ training kit while the company will continue to be the Official Telecommunications Partner of Chelsea Football Club,

No value or term was given for the sponsorship.

The partnership follows Chelsea’s recent announcement of a long-term strategic plan to accelerate the growth of Chelsea Women where a repositioning will aim for dedicated resources, management and commercial leadership to be put in place.

“At Three, we are proud to shine a light on female talent, both on and off the pitch,” said Elaine Carey, the Chief Commercial Officer of Three UK and Ireland, “which is why the partnership with Chelsea Women is the perfect fit. Following an incredible number of years building the WeSeeYou network, we’re excited to continue supporting, celebrating, and connecting women in sport, to help them reach their full potential.”

Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer for Chelsea Football Club, added: “We are thrilled to announce the renewal of our partnership with Three. Since we began working together in 2020, they have been a steadfast supporter of the club and created really impactful campaigns, like the ‘Talk More Than Football’ mental health initiative.

“Three have consistently delivered best-in-class initiatives in the women’s football community, and their new role as a Principal Partner of the team is a perfect illustration of our joint passion for the game and ambition to be innovative.”

Crystal Palace women sign TEN for WSL debut

TST Foundation and its affiliated NYSE listed energy transport company TEN are set to become the official front-of-shirt sponsor for Crystal Palace Women’s team ahead of its first season in the WSL.

The three-year deal will feature TEN’s logo on the home, away, and third kits, while also becoming Palace Women’s official training wear partner.

The deal represents the first time in the club’s history that the Crystal Palace Women’s home, away and third shirt, will be on sale.

Barry Webber, Chief Commercial Officer of Crystal Palace, said: “We’re delighted to announce this fantastic three-year partnership. TEN is one of the largest international energy transporters globally, and their support comes at a hugely important time for the Women’s team, ahead of our first season in the WSL. Crystal Palace has ambitions to grow its Women’s team both on and off the pitch and welcoming TEN to the club represents an important milestone in that journey.”
