Inbet replaces Money+ as Bulgarian refs’ shirt sponsor

July 19 – The Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) has signed a sponsorship with bookmaker Inbet. The Bulgarian gaming company replaces financial firm Money + as the main sponsor of the Bulgarian football referees.

The Inbet logo will be on the shirts of the Bulgarian referees for the 2024/2025 season in what is an initial one-season deal. No value was given for the sponsorship.

The partnership between Inbet and the BFU was announced the Bulgarian referees chief Stoyan Alexiev, two of the most renowned Bulgarian referees, Nikola Popov and Volen Chinkov, as well as the brand manager of Inbet Todor Georgiev.

“Inbet has already established itself in Bulgaria and it is an honor for us to partner with the Bulgarian Football Union and the referees in the current season. We have always aimed to support Bulgarian sports. We observe how Bulgarian refereeing is developing well and the constant striving for development in every aspect,”, said Todor Georgiev, Inbet brand manager.
