August 23 – The Romanian Football Federation (FRF) has put on sale three levels of VIP cards for supporters of the country’s national team, each level containing difference special privileges.
FRF announced at the beginning of June a partnership with Modex and FIFA, intended to revolutionise the way the supporters of the Romanian National Team interact with their team.
By integrating with the FIFA Collect platform, launched by FIFA in collaboration with Modex, supporters will be able to access exclusive content and have access to live unique experiences, all using blockchain technology.
“FIFA Collect is a global platform that allows fans to acquire unique digital football collections, giving them the opportunity to own a piece of the sport’s history. This partnership gives Romanian supporters access to iconic moments, player images, and other collectibles only available through this platform. The page dedicated to the Romanian Football Federation is already active, offering supporters the opportunity to purchase various cards with exclusive benefits,” said an FRF statement.
Supporters can buy the VIP Silver Card, VIP Golden Card, and VIP Platinum Card.
The €120 VIP Silver Card offers an additional 20% discount on an order in the FRF store (the digital blockchain-based site that sells NFTs), a shirt signed by your favorite player, and two tickets to three matches of your choice.
The VIP Golden Card is available for €499, and offers a 20% discount on two merchandise orders, a shirt signed by three players of your choice, two tickets to three home matches, a lunch at FRF with two legends of Romanian football and the opportunity to win a seat in the VIP lounge.
The VIP Platinum Card is priced at €999 and offers maximum benefits, including a 20% discount on three orders, a shirt signed by the entire National Team, a personalised shirt, two VIP tickets for two home matches, participation in an official training session and meeting the players and technical staff.
“Through this partnership, FRF aims to strengthen the connection between the Romanian National Team and its supporters, allowing them to enjoy exclusive content and express their passion for football in a completely new way,” said the FRF.
