September 19 – Bulgaria’s Levski Sofia have announced they are looking for a new major sponsor for the club’s stadium naming rights.
Since 2017, Levski’s stadium has been called VIVACOM Arena Georgi Asparuhov, but the sponsorship with one of the largest mobile operators in Bulgaria expires at the end of the year.
Levski have published an “open invitation” to advertisers who want to get the right to add their name to that of the ‘Georgi Asparuhov’ stadium.
Levski said the initial partnership term is for one year starting January 1, 2025, and that November 18 is the deadline for stadium naming rights proposals.
“Professional Football Club Levski invites all companies that are interested in promoting their activities by adding a trade name to the name of the ‘Georgi Asparuhov’ stadium to apply for the advertising position,” said the letter.
“It provides an opportunity to position the trade name on the facades of Sector A and Sector B of the Georgiy Asparuhov Stadium, season tickets and home tickets for matches of the club’s representative team and guaranteed position of the trade name in publications on the club’s official channels – www.levski.bg, the club’s official social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
