Man City steps up its Stairmedia LED ad partnership

October 4 – Premier League holders Manchester City have announced a new partnership with Stairmedia that will increase advertising opportunities for potential partners.

The partnership has already seen the installation of a super-sized LED advertising board and will now be expanded to the installation of LED signage on the steps of the Etihad Stadium.

Stairmedia’s double-look LED advertising board was installed to appeal to potential new partners, with a much larger space allocated to club sponsorships pitch-side. The club say the innovation has already “enhanced brand visibility for sponsors in previously untapped locations within the stadium”.

Kaitlyn Beale, VP of Global Partnership Sales at City Football Group, commented: “With the addition of StairMedia’s dynamic LED system on the steps of the East Stand, alongside our Supersized LED system already in place, the club continues to set the standard for incorporating cutting-edge technology into stadium advertising and we are proud to offer our partners the opportunity to connect with our global audience through these high exposure branding platforms.”

Francisco J. Ortiz, CEO of StairMedia, said: “The StairMedia system strategically placed on the stairwells will bring an unprecedented level of engagement and excitement to the fan experience. Our cutting-edge technology will not only enhance the match day atmosphere but also provide a unique platform for brands to connect with fans.”

Manchester City will return to Premier League action on Saturday as the holders host Fulham.
