Concacaf and MLS sign on for invitation-only business conference before Nations League finals

December 17 – Sports Business Journal and sister company Leaders in Sport will hold a soccer-focussed business of football conference next March 19-20, 2025 at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California.

The conference will conclude on the opening match day of the Concacaf Nations League final four, to be played at the SoFi Stadium in Hollywood Park.

Titled The Business of Soccer the conference will topics including media rights, sponsorship, fan engagement and the impact of technology. Session will be a mix panel discussions, networking events and workshops.

The organisers are partnering with Major League Soccer and Concacaf for the event.

“With soccer in North America continuing to grow in significance on and off the field, the launch of The Business of Soccer conference comes at an ideal time,” said MLS Commissioner Don Garber.

“We’re pleased to partner with Concacaf, as well as Sports Business Journal and Leaders in Sport, who bring extensive expertise in producing industry-leading events. This conference will offer a valuable platform to explore the business opportunities and developments shaping the future of the sport.”

In 2025 the conference will be a private, invitation-only event with registration expanding for the 2026 and 2027 conferences.
