Atalanta step up commercial growth with Deltatre partnership and digital overhaul

March 20 – Atalanta BC are aiming to convert their recent on-field success into commercial growth, partnering with sports technology firm Deltatre to deliver a complete overhaul of their digital infrastructure.

In a move designed to strengthen their international presence and revenue potential, the Europa League holders have launched a redesigned website and new mobile apps for iOS and Android, powered by Deltatre’s FORGE platform. The system consolidates content management, fan engagement, ticketing and data services under a single digital framework.

The Serie A side, whose profile has risen sharply in recent years through consistent European appearances, are now leveraging that momentum to engage a global fanbase and explore new income streams.

The platform supports bilingual content (Italian and English), offering real-time updates, player statistics and interactive features aimed at driving user engagement and monetisation.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but Deltatre’s FORGE solution is widely used by leading clubs and federations to integrate e-commerce, advertising and subscription services into a centralised system.

The collaboration signals Atalanta’s ambition to compete with larger clubs in the digital revenue space, providing a platform that can scale alongside the Bergamo-based club’s growth.

The deal also adds to Deltatre’s growing portfolio in elite European football, as clubs increasingly turn to tech partners to drive fan engagement and long-term financial sustainability.

“Atalanta’s ambition to modernise its digital presence aligns perfectly with our commitment to future-proofing the digital destinations of the world’s leading football clubs,” said Peter Bellamy, Deltatre’s chief revenue officer. “Together, we’ve built a platform that enhances engagement while enabling seamless evolution in step with the club’s future growth trajectory.”
