December 17 – Glasgow giants Celtic have been hit with €16,000 fine by UEFA after fans set off fireworks in their Europa League clash with Lazio in Rome.
The Italian side have also been found guilty of the same charge and for also throwing objects at the Stadio Olimpico.
UEFA have also handed out fines of €2,500 and €6,750 to the Serie A club for pyrotechnics and “throwing of objects”, respectively.
Celtic were previously fined by UEFA following incidents in the home meeting with Lazio and one of their matches against Swedish side AIK.
