Puma returns to Bulgaria taking CSKA 1948 kit deal of Adidas

June 16 – Bulgaria’s CSKA 1948 has signed a kit deal with the German sports equipment concern Puma, in cooperation with Bulgarian retailer Sport Depot.

The contract between the two parties is for a period of three years and sees the club end their Adidas partnership.

“I am extremely happy about the partnership concluded between CSKA 1948 and Puma, which would not have been possible without the help of our partners from Sport Depot. CSKA 1948 will play its matches on the home and European stage with Puma equipment in the next three years”, said the executive director of CSKA 1948 Dobrin Gyonov.

The deputy commercial director of Sport Depot Svetoslav Nalbantov was similarly happy with the new partnership and the growth of Puma in Bulgaria, where the brand has been absent in recent seasons.

We are very happy that after years of Puma’s absence from the sports scene in Bulgaria, the brand is returning to our native football in the best possible way, partnering with a top team from our championship…

“The contract between Puma and CSKA 1948 is for three years and includes the supply of sports equipment of the highest level, with which the big teams in Europe play. We strongly believe in the successful performance of CSKA 1948 in the next season, both in our championship and in European tournaments.
