July 16- Manchester United may have failed to qualify for the Champions League for the first time but their global popularity appears to be as strong as ever after the club announced yet another commercial partnership just days after confirming a massive deal with Adidas.
United have now struck a global arrangement with the Japan-founded international food brand Nissin, the club’s 29th official sponsor and the latest indication of the importance of the Asian market.
” Nissin has a long tradition of innovation, challenging the industry with their products and setting a standard that has been emulated the world over,” said United’s group managing director, Richard Arnold
“Nissin also has a proven record of supporting leading sports organisations, making them a fitting global partner for Manchester United. We look forward to working together.”
Nissin’s products are available in over 80 countries and its branding will be visible on stadium perimeter boards at all domestic games at Old Trafford, as well as official Club publications, MUTV and the Club’s official website.
