UEFA signs AXA to Women’s Euro 2025 sponsorship roster

May 28 – UEFA has announced that AXA will join the Women’s EURO 2025 partnership roster as an official global partner as the tournament gears up for kick-off next summer.

Already a major supporter of women’s football in Switzerland, serving as the title sponsor of the Swiss women’s national league and the women’s cup, the company has expanded its football partnerships to include sponsoring the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 volunteer programme – an initiative that will engage 2,500 volunteers play a crucial role in delivering the tournament.

Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA marketing director, said: “AXA is a dedicated supporter of women’s football in Switzerland, so we are thrilled to partner with them for what will be an unforgettable UEFA Women’s EURO 2025. We look forward to working together to make this the can’t-miss event of next summer, while also strengthening women’s football in the host country and throughout Europe.”

The 16-team UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 tournament is set to take place across eight Swiss cities: Basel, Bern, Geneva, Zürich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, Thun, and Sion.

The qualification journey kicked off last month, with the excitement ramping up next week as teams clash on Matchday 3. The road to the finals will culminate in the play-offs at the end of the year.
