Infront picks up Euro package of Bundesliga distribution rights

May 29 – Bundesliga International has appointed Infront to manage a package of international media rights in a four-year deal, starting with the 2025/26 season.

The rights include all 617 games of the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2, the Supercup and the four relegation playoff matches, which Infront will manage across 10 European territories, including Albania, Czech Republic, Estonia, Kosovo, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia (legally permitting), Romania and Slovakia.

With its history in delivering results in global media rights distribution for premium sports properties, we believe Infront to be the perfect partner in achieving our aims and we look forward to seeing a successful distribution of Bundesliga action in these territories and more.”

The agreement expands Infront’s football league media portfolio which currently encompasses partnerships with the English Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1 and the Scottish Professional Football League.

Our joint ambition is to further increase Bundesliga’s reach and grant fans even broader access to both leagues.”

The Bundesliga season concluded with the relegation playoff second leg on Monday evening, which saw VfL Bochum notch a remarkable three-goal comeback away from home to send the game to penalties, where they pushed past Düsseldorf to remain in the top flight for another season.
