June 4 – Concacaf has confirmed the 20 clubs that will participate in the 2024 Concacaf Central American Cup and the 10 clubs that will play in the 2024 Concacaf Caribbean Cup.
The second editions of both regional cup competitions will be played between July and December 2024. The competitions will qualify six clubs from Central America and three from the Caribbean for the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup.
The draws for the group stages will be held June 6.
2024 Concacaf Central American Cup
Beginning with a Group Stage (four groups of five clubs each), each club will play every club in their group once, for a total of four matches per club (two at home and two away).
The first and second-place finishers in each group will advance to the Knockout Stage. The Knockout Stages and Final will be played as home-and-away matches. The semifinalists and the two play-in winners (six clubs in total) will qualify for the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup.

The first and second-place finishers in each group will advance to the Knockout Stage. The Knockout Stage and Final will be played home-and-away. The finalists and the third-place winner will qualify for the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup.
