This initiative, being implemented for the first time in Greece, aims to develop women’s skills and strengthen their position in football.

Socialinnov is a non-profit organisation that aims to eliminate the digital skills gap and reduce unemployment in Greece. Through innovative learning experiences, it educates young people and vulnerable social groups, providing them with the necessary tools for a better social and professional future.

It develops educational programs in collaboration with an extensive network of partner organisations, experts and trainers, substantially enhancing the social inclusion and professional empowerment of participants.

The Empower Women in Football educational action will take place online and is free for all participants. The action will be implemented in May and is aimed at female players, regardless of age or competitive level, who wish to strengthen their personal and professional footprint in the field of sports.

The action is part of the “FootbALL” program and utilises modern tools and good practices of UEFA, reinforcing the principles of equality and inclusion, with the strong message “Football is for everyone”.

Empower Women in Football is designed to offer a modern and interactive learning experience, which includes online training, practical examples, group exercises and case studies.

Through the program, participants will have the opportunity to develop:
