June 14 – The expanded 16-team Gold Cup kicks off Saturday at the Rose Bowl, Pasadena, the start of a 31 match, 17 venue voyage around the US – with stop offs in Costa Rica and Jamaica – for Concacaf’s best national teams.

June 13 – It is fitting that the 2019 Gold Cup should kick off in the iconic 92,000 capacity Rose Bowl stadium in Pasadena, California, this Saturday. The expanded Concacaf event enters a new era this month with 16 nations, and a 17 venue schedule that will showcase US stadia and facilities like never before.
June 13 – Strong Gold Cup ticket sales are seeing a number of sell-outs and stadia nearing sell-out prior to the opening game in the Rose Bowl, Pasadena, this Saturday.
June 13 – The Gold Cup party is ready to start with Concacaf having announced the times and locations for its Futbol Fiesta events which will take place in the 15 US-based stadiums on match days.
June 7 – The final 23-player rosters have been submitted by the 16 participating nations in the Concacaf Gold Cup that kicks off June 15 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
May 22 – Tickets for the Jamaican round of this summer’s Concacaf Gold Cup on June 17, to be played in the National Stadium in Kingston have gone on sale.
May 21 – Initial 40-player team rosters have been announced for the 16 nations playing at the Concacaf Gold Cup that kicks off at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles June 15.
May 13 – With less than a month to go before the Women’s World Cup June 7 kick-off in France, the trophy is the first arrival in country and will begin a national tour.
May 7 – Concacaf has added car lubricants brand Valvoline as an official partner of the expanded 2019 Gold Cup.
May 3 – Ballon d’Or winner Ada Hegerberg, who took a stand against what she describes as a lack of respect for female players in Norway, has been left out of the country’s World Cup squad for next month’s finals in France starting on June 7.

April 9 – Conmebol will finally decide where it intends to play its 2020 Copa America this week – the competition is also being played this summer in Brazil and is switching its staging to even numbered years in 2020.
March 4 – FIFA president Gianni Infantino has hinted at a potential joint Korean bid for the 2023 Women’s World Cup. Australia, Japan, South Africa and New Zealand have already expressed their interest in hosting the tournament.
February 25 – Beach Soccer Worldwide, organisers of FIFA’s Beach Soccer World Cup, have signed LaLiga as an Official Global Partner until the end of the 2020/2021 season.
