November 14 – The international players’ union FIFPro says it will oppose any attempt to ban its members if they take part in an elite-only European Super league even though it says it is against the principle of a breakaway.

November 14 – Manchester City have usurped their cross town rivals United on the pitch in the ten years since acquisition by Abu Dhabi United Group in 2008 – a point emphatically proved again last weekend with City’s 3-1 derby win. But off the pitch it is a different story.

November 12 – A row has broken out over English Football League TV rights with 15 tier two Championship clubs claiming the rights should be worth more, claiming a bigger share of the TV deal and threatening to breakaway from the EFL unless they receive the money.
November 13 – With the row over ground-breaking plans to play a top-flight La Liga fixture in the USA once a season showing little sign of receding, Italian giants Juventus have come out and said they too could be open to playing a regular season match outside of Italy.
