“Clean Games” anti-corruption scheme launched to monitor Brazil 2014 preparations

May 2 – A new $3.1 million (£1.8 million) scheme has been launched by the Ethos Institute of Business and Social Responsibility and the United Nations Global Compact to try to ensure that the build-up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil and 2016 Olympics and Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro remain free of corruption.
